Making money online has got harder over the years, in ways where you can no longer use shady techniques to get to the top. The majority of companies out there, apart from the smaller ones, have pretty much-nailed algorithms to where they win the majority of the time. Yes okay, we can still get stuff to the top, but within there rules, not ours.
Years ago SEO as we all know used to be a very shady place on the web, with many different places to buy mass volume in links or tools to download to generate tons of links, with this strategy you were number 1 in weeks. It was easy, if Google did get you, you would have been able to 301 the domain and point them all to a new domain and send more links and you would be back up not long after that. Then, of course, that is when the algorithms came.
I find with making money online it is always hard to find the answer to the question, where do you start? Now that is a question of all questions, what you definitely don't do is buy "Rob", "Ben", "Jake" or "Matthews" courses online. Ever wondered why they have the Lamborghini's? Because you spent money on their video that they also sold to 1,000,000 other people that you could have got for free online somewhere, like here.
Social media, social media, social media... Where do we start? I can never tell if it is causing any good or just a waste of my time. For some reason, I can never to seem to get a large ROI on social media.
Now before I have had 100,000 hits on a video I posted in 2 days, I paid to boost this slightly but this also didn't convert many sales. I then stopped doing this as it was a waste and the product then got ALOT more sales from organic visitors rather than visitors I paid money for.
